Vox Hunt: Go Team!

This was taken by Lilia the last time I was in San Francisco for the Six Apart holiday party.  She was brave and climbed out on the fire escape even though she's afraid of heights and was already dressed up for the party.  It's such a great shot, but I'm sad she's not in it.  You can also see last year's group shot here.

I hate how I look in that picture, however, so I'm going to steal one from Todd of Shelley, Brenna, Ginevra, and me that I like much better.  When I started at Six Apart in December 2004, I was working in Movable Type under Shelley and then I moved to TypePad under Brenna in July 2005.  I also, very luckily because she rocks, get to work with Ginevra on occasion since she does a lot of TypePad Business Class sales.

I really do love my company.  Sometimes it's easy to feel a little removed from things since I'm remote and only get to the office once a year, but the people are all so wonderful and I always have such a great time every visit.  Plus, it's just amazing to be working for such a cool and special company.  I really do think we've changed the lives of a lot of people and made technology more accessible to a lot of people.

Heh.  I had no idea that this was going to turn into a "Yay, Six Apart!" post when I started it, but it totally has.  Yay, Six Apart!
